boy do I like this heli so very stable if and when I get better it will be a blast to fly 3d Did you get the NEW V120 (6-axis) or the previous (3-axis) version? I like the looks of the New V120. Especially the green canopy looks sharp. I'm not sure about the full time 6-axis gyro though. I've heard mixed reviews on it. I suppose you could put a Rx2622 on it and make it 3-axis? I don't know why you wouldn't be able to do that? Other than the gyro and the canopy, I don't think any other changes were made? But I could be wrong.

I have both the 3 axis and the new 6 axis, I don't like the 6 axis, it tries to stablize to easily and porpoise when flying high speed.
The 3 axis seems more realistic.

I also have both versions. Very stable but sometimes has a mind of its own. After flight 2, pitch servo was twitchy. Replaced it, works much better. At least I can use the gears out of it.

I only have a couple of batteries through my V120D02s, but I am officially making it my truck-driver's-traveling companion! This little bird is a ball! I flew first battery on 6-axis and second battery on 3-axis... it's a little like switching flight modes... a bit. Like it either way!
I have had a Genius for a couple of years now, and it has been a hoot, but the 120 is SO much more stable and agile at the same time!
Until I secure a traveling case for my V450D03, it will be my weekend bird! Love that one, too! Beats the dickens out of my Mini Titan!

I'm glad to see the good reviews on the 120 I'll be ordering one in the next month or so I need something this size to buzz around my back yard until I become more at ease with my Mastercp and v450do3. Not that I'll be out doors soon anyhow (only -13 with a -35 wind chill today oh yeah and a foot of snow) I need Spring!! Thank God for WHS and their super parts supply and quick delivery, now if I could just find a hex wrench to remove the set screw on my Masters tail rotor I would be forever grateful.

never flying a rc copter before the v120 is an easy one to learn. a learning curve not being able to use my feet. but just did a swash up replace and the parts wo the trick. I fly into friday harbor on the similator. Video's are a nice thing on utube for adjusting the swash and blades. I think there is a link on one of the blogs, here.
