Constructive feedback only

This forum not to be a place to whine or complain about Walkera. (Lord knows we have plenty of places to do that.) but a place where you can provide helpful, insightful, real user feedback presented in such a way it can be useful to Walkera engineers. Over time, we should be able to identify trends (i.e. servos burning out on V450s) along with the circumstances needed to rectify the problem (i.e. because the swash plate topped out and caused the servo motor failure.). There will come a time when we will actually get direct Walkera participation if we can present this information to them in a helpful way. Everyone wins! Walkera’s reputation goes up here in the states, we get better products to play with and we get to be a part of the engineering cycle.

Then they (and we), have genuine, useful product feedback. The problem is that now all they get is a bunch of random negative feedback. It is out job here to present the facts and the story leading up to the problem so as a useful analysis can be dome.

Which brings up another issue. We also need to give them positive feedback. What is working well? What do we want them to continue doing (i.e., the plastic material being used in the new canopies is really durable…) I have been attempting to identify trends on my own (we had a bunch of bad V200D03 rotor grips and failure problems with the ESC on MX400) but it is plain to see this issue is bigger than me.

Let me stress again. I want positive and useful feedback. Any whining in this forum and you will get banned from it. That’s how serious I am. I want to see us make a major contribution to Walkera’s efforts so they know they can come to us when and if they need input. This will not happen overnight but the sooner we get started, the sooner we can make it happen.

You CAN make a difference. Walkera is serious about making their (and our) products the best in the market.
