I am trying to change swash plate. In order to get it off, I either need to remove the pin in main gear or pull the clevis off that is installed to the shaft. I have tried both ends but have been unable to get shaft through to replace swash plate. Any recommendations? I think removing main gear wouild be easier but I can find anything small enough to fit on head of pin to push it through main gear. Please help.

I'm not very familiar with the 200SD5. I have a V200D03 which has a much simpler rotorhead design. However, I did look at the exploded diagram for your heli and could not see where the pin is you are referring to. The V200D03 has tiny pins that hold the drive shaft, tail and cone gears in place. The main gear is attached to the main shaft with a 2mm nut and bolt. Similar to the Jesus bolt, but longer. What I use to remove the tiny pins that hold the gears in place is a small punch. It looks like a sewing needle with a handle on it. If you could find something like that, it would probably work.
