We are asking for your help in continuing to make strong customer relationships one of our top priorities as well as focus on other areas that may affect our customers
We have gotten very strongly worded feedback from our customers about the quality (or lack thereof) of support from our ship 'em and forget 'em domestic competitors. Horror stories abound about items arriving DOA with no policy to correct the problem, companies not returning phone calls, not responding to BBB complaint requests and numerous other issues. And that's just with our DOMESTIC competitors. Just so you know, WE test fly EVERY machine BEFORE it leaves our warehouse to make sure you get the quality product you paid for.
Oh my gosh. Imagine what the unfortunate people getting items from China are going through. Have you ever had to ship a products back and forth from China? Well if you have not, let me tell you that you will easily tie up another 50% of what you paid for the goods in shipping fees. How about parts? If you purchase something from China that is probably where your parts will come from since you may not end up with a standard USA-adapted product. There are many stories of people receiving Mods 1 TXs instead of the US-standard Mode 2 and of people getting European-style power adapters instead of US plugs. Any idea how log it takes to straighten this you (assuming you even cab)? Answer: ..... 4-6 weeks after you order them - minimum.
This blog is open to all to relate both your positive and not-so-positive experiences with Walkera vendors, ourselves included. We know we are not perfect either but with your feedback on what we and others are are doing right and you will help us continue to improve the level of service you deserve. Our mission is to be the best at stocking the latest innovative releases from Walkera and, more importantly, to always have parts readily available for our products. I've waited for parts from Chine personally and it is no fun.
It is fine to mention companies by name here, Please just do not make overtly slanderous remarks based on opinion. Just the facts, Ma'am.
