Just purchased my (next) Genius CP v2. My manual dexterity and reflexes leave a lot to be desired. Any ideas on how to configure transmitter settings so it flys more like robin and less like a hummingbird? thanks, les vance

What transmitter do you have? I can provide a configuration file if you have a Devo 10. The configuration files are Tx specific.

Hello again CDS1950! Sorry for the delay. I've been stuck in the repair phase of fly repair repeat cycle. But I'm back online now. A copy of the Devo8s Genius CPv2 settings would be greatly appreciated. Do you have settings for the Master CP, as well? Really tame settings. I have slow reflexest, lousy thumb dexterity, and I freeze, get confused at the slightest thing. I know that nature, unlike the Phoenix sim, can't be slowed down with the turn of a dial, but I need all of the advantage I can get.
Best regards,

I have a Devo 10 so there is no coping the settings to a Devo 8. It comes down to the painful approach of writing them down and then figuring out what they mean on your transmitter. The you go in and manually set them. cdsThat is the biggest short coming of the different Devo Tx's. They only communicate with the same model numbers. I have looked through the files I have and no config file for the Devo 8. Here is a link to another froum from someone that I used to refine my settings but it is a good starting point for you. The problem is that it is for a Devo 7 so you have to do the cross mapping to your Devo 8. Sorry. www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost.php?p=19549786&postcount=28I do not have anything for the Master CP either. Sorry. One thing I have done is use the basic set up that Walker gives you in the instructions for the various models. Very simple but a starting point.
