Just checked and noticed that the only software available for the Space Walker is the Y6 configuration. Not sure where the X4 version went. Last July they posted software for all three versions; X8, X4 and Y6. I downloaded them at that time. They all indicate they are version 1.0 so I assume they are correct.

yeah those are all the files they sent me when I was on my quest to convert. when they updated the website the files all went away. why they haven't updated the website to include them yet is still up in the air.

Their new website has the structure to be a major setup from their old one but it is not ready for prime time yet. Once I return in March I have offered via screen captures and very few words to identify problems. I hope it helps as the people I have communicated with are great people.

djinn would you be willing to share those files? as I went to the website last night to upgrade and was frustrated with the lack of files.

Due to some research by smuench and some conversation he and I have had on and off this forum about the firmware for the Spacewalker I am happy to inform everyone that there is a firmware upgrade to enable telemetry for the X8 configuration that Walkera supplied to me.. There is also a firmware upgrade to the Y6 configuration to do the same but I have not verified it nor do I plan to work with that configuration.
I was going to attach the zipped file so that anyone that wants to add telemetry to the X8 Spacewalker configuration could use the update but it is too large to attach. Walkera Helicopter Supply will have to provide it in some other means. I am sending it to Dave so he can handle it correctly.
You do have to use the UP02 upgrade hardware and follow the instructions provided in the .pdf included file for directions on using that hardware and software to do the upgrade.
One thing I noticed was that the voltage reading on my Devo 10 was for the second external voltage entry and not the first. I assumed it would be the first so I just turned them all on when I didn't see it initially.
