For a short time I had both a Genius CP and a Genius FP which bothered me as I figured I should be able to use the Devo 10 program features to make the CP act like an FP. Well it was pretty easy to do. I set the pitch amout to 100% at both the L and H ends. I figured I would start with max pitch to see if the idea worked. It does. I have no Ex or dual rates set and the throttle is set to 0 to 100% for its L and H settings. T this gives me linear throttle control coupled with the 100% pitch so it acts like a FP helicopter. I am now playing with the pitch percent to see if something less than 100% is better. It might be a good idea to couple the throttle and pitch so that as I throttle up the pitch increase. More to play with.

Just an update. This idea isn't working so great. 100% pitch is too much. The motor can't handle that much pitch. I am trying 55% since another board mentioned that amount and that isn't working either.
My next approach will be to set it up as a CP but play with the throttle curves and pitch to only allow positive pitch from 0% throttle to 100% throttle instead of the typical center settings used for CP flying.
I will have to admit that this little thing is near unbreakable. It has hit the wall and ceiling at full speed and no damage yet.

Good stuff, Dale. I did something comparable. It was a while back but as I recall I dialed in about 5 degrees positive pitch at throttle off and then built a linear pitch curve increasing to about 50 % at full throttle. At least that is how I remember it. Your mileage may vary. Dave

Went back to basics and found an existing solution, see the thread about Genius CP learning curve. It always had this using the Walkera settings once a little tweaking was added.
